Change of Mind Returns:

We understand that sometimes, circumstances change, and you may need to return a purchased item. Our Change of Mind Returns policy allows you to return items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  1. Original Condition: The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  2. Unbroken Seal: The seal must remain unopened. For electronic items, any tampering or breaking of the manufacturer's seal will void the return eligibility.
  3. Complete Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels must be intact and included.

Please note that the return shipping costs for change of mind returns will be borne by the customer.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% of the product price will be applied to change of mind returns.

Returns for Damage or Non-Working Items:

We strive to ensure that every item you receive is in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or non-working item, we offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

We, as the retailer, take responsibility for the return shipping costs of damaged or non-working items. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with a refund, replacement, or exchange based on the specific circumstances.

For Defective Products:

This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.

For Customer Remorse/Change of Mind:

This applies when the customer purchased the wrong product, change of mind, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item.

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
