Shipping method
Most orders are shipped using Australia Post, however orders shipped from partner warehouses may use a different shipping partner. This will be specified in your shipping confirmation email.
Once we despatch your order you will receive an email with order tracking details. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name together with a contact name at the destination.
Typically, orders are sign on delivery although some items may no longer require a signature. Please contact our customer service team if further information is required. If no one is available at the address to sign for the parcel(s), then a postal card will be left and the parcel(s) can be collected from the specified location at a later time.
Free shipping promotions
Terms and Conditions: Free shipping promotions are limited time only promotions, applicable on orders over the stated value. Offer available until 11:59pm AWST on the end date of the promotion. Free shipping promotions are only applicable to orders delivered to an Australian delivery address and exclude order with a delivery address outside of Australia.
