Quest Rotisserie Grill

• Cook kebabs, skewers, roast meat joints and more with this Electric Rotisserie Grill from Quest! Using 1500W of power and 360 degree cooking, your food will be cooked thoroughly and evenly for a perfect taste.
• The rotisserie's folding glass doors mean not only can you view the progress of your cooking at any time, but that you can also access your food once it's done cooking in an easy and convenient manner. The machine also automatically shuts off if the door is opened during the cooking process.
• Ensure that all meals are cooked to perfection thanks to the adjustable timer. This timer can be set up to 60 minutes, so you can leave the appliance unattended if needed. Afterwards, cleaning will be easy thanks to the drip tray collecting all the oils and fats in one place.

Make at least 4 hours before cooking...

• 500g 5% Fat Beef Mince
• 1 x Lamb Stock Cube, 1 x Garlic Clove
• 2 x Small Onions, 1/2 tsp Cumin
• 1tsp Paprika, Cinnamon, Dried Mint,
• 1tsp Mixed Herbs, Salt and Pepper
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Use Food Processor or Blender...

• In a food processor or blender mix together the mince, chopped onions, herbs, spices and stock cube. Then add the lemon juice and soy sauce.
• Form into a log/loaf shape then refrigerate.
• When ready to cook, simply remove from the fridge (approx 15 min before) and cook for 45 minutes.
